Saviola, a business unit of the eponymous Group, is one of Italy’s leading companies in the wood sector and a pioneer in the circular economy.
The Group was founded in 1963 in Viadana (Mantua) by the intuition of Mauro Saviola, who introduced an integrated industrial system to produce 100% post-consumer wood panels, without cutting down trees, and in the ‘90s spread the first Ecological Panel® on the market.
Each year, Saviola recovers over 1.65 million tons of used wood, regenerating it into panels and semi-finished products for the furniture industry.
With a supply chain that integrates chemistry, wood, and flat-pack furniture, the Group combines innovation, sustainability, and design.
