The production cycle of Ecological Panel® doesn’t begin with pristine wood, but rather with recycling centres and end-of-life furniture found in businesses and our homes. Through a widespread collection network, we intercept used wood and bring it to our plants to perform an industrial magic: total recycling

Our Ecological Panel® originates from the ‘urban forests’ of numerous Italian cities: industrial pallets, discarded furniture, and other urban wood waste become key players in our production process, embarking on a New Life full of endless possibilities. We select, clean, and transform the material using advanced technologies, preserving its essence and creating a panel that unites performance, aesthetics, and sustainability. Thus giving birth to our upcycling process.

Selection and cleaning
Differentiate for a second recycling
After passing all quality checks, the material undergoes a thorough selection and cleaning process, which separates the wood from any foreign substances. Plastics, metals, and other impurities are themselves redirected into dedicated recycling and disposal streams.

The first company to adopt this production system
The wood is shredded in multiple stages to achieve the right consistency for assembly. The wood chips are glued with resins produced by our Research and Development team. We maintain complete control over the entire production process, from collection to semi-finished products ready to enter the furniture supply chain.

100% recycled wood takes the form of large surfaces ready to be cut and customised as required.
Ecological Panel® is the first and only panel certified FSC® Remade in Italy, made from 100% recycled wood (whether raw, enhanced, fire- or water-resistant).
